The latest adventures of Berlusconi revive, once again, and the nth power, the use of male power to buy the bodies of young women. The real issue, which unfortunately too many people, even to the left, is to avoid dealing with the male image of women that emerges from the endless stream of scandals that marked the long public debate. What is staged is the very representation of a concept, much more widespread, which combines the exercise of male power claiming to use it to buy, use and display women's bodies. What is striking, however, in the early expressions of outrage and mobilization launched in these days against the prime minister and his behavior is just the absence of this complaint. This might take the shortcut, much more convenient to continue to pick on the weakest link in the system, the women "to harm" to the head, to avoid facing the heart of the scandal and called into question, as well as Berlusconi, the 'set the policy and its male members. Do not just believe, then, coupled with campaigns that reduced to an outlet away from the bad girls to take to the streets decent ones, avoiding to report the essence of patriarchy and male violence that feeds the whole story . This approach finds supporters too convinced of the many men who, even in these days, they did not say a word, the press or in political debate, to denounce the sexism Berlusconi, instead of slipping in jokes about women misogene he uses . We want to demonstrate against the social relations of gender that Berlusconi make a copy of the majority of Italian men, against the misogyny that characterizes it. We will not get away with saying that we are not like those who put themselves in line for the bunga-bunga. We prefer to report that few , especially in institutions, have said "There are other men" .
